Preface: I wholeheartedly expect this post to be cast aside and ignored, but I want to put it out there, and if I get even one person looking inward, then it will have all been worth it.



I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and work at one of the few beacons for the non-Mormon/anti-Mormon counter-culture. A great deal of my coworkers are ex-Mormons that quickly dismiss anything LDS. Thanks for the comments.

I really don't care if my son saying "Oh my God!" etc. offends people. For personal reasons I was more worried about how his extremely religious grandparents would be upset about it. Fortunately the Catholic set doesn't get offended too easily, however, the Mormon set disowned me shortly after the article in question was published.

I have no respect for unfounded beliefs and if my son does or does not doesn't really matter to me. I'm not trying to advance any "non-theist" cause; I'm just trying to make sure my son gets the best education possible with the smallest amount of BS to cloud it.

Hope that clears things up a bit. Thanks again for the comments. I know I may come off a bit harsh but I really do appreciate all feedback.
