About Me

I'm an atheist and a member of GUST (Gwinnett Understanding Secular Truth) in Gwinnett County, GA. I didn't flee from religion to become an atheist, as many have, so I don't have an ax to grind. I have a live and let live attitude toward believers. I don't quite understand how intelligent people can delude themselves into believing so much convoluted nonsense that many religions put forth as truths, but I do understand that it has a powerful draw for those in need of a crutch. I would never try to take a crutch away from a cripple, but should they want to learn to walk without it again, I'm happy to help out.
