Pat Robertson, Wrong and Ugly

Posted on May 7, 2009 at 9:26am 0 Comments

In my on going practice of destroying fundy stereotypes, I get to flip the twin birds of pride towards Pat Robertson. Earlier this week, Putrid Pat on his foolish show, made an answer a letter where someone asked about a "middle of the road" relationship with an atheist. Pat's usual hate filled response was the usual that people expect.

"There can be no peace."

Well, you dried up old fool, FUCK YOU! Today, May 7th, 2009, I celebrate my 26th anniversary with my THEIST (read… Continue

WHO?

Posted on May 2, 2009 at 10:14am 3 Comments

Ahhhh, another week, and another media driven, badly researched, foolishly followed panic. Yes folks, once again the world is on the brink and we're all gonna die. Breathless bubble heads have for days been screeching the fear mongering line of the World Health Organization over the latest threat to the very existence of humanity, Swine Flu.

Take just a moment and think, remember. The WHO is the very same organization that has been threatening us for at least the last 9 years, that… Continue

Blue Nosed Bunglers, Again

Posted on April 12, 2009 at 6:06pm 4 Comments

Well, that sure didn't take long. With the failure of the Republican party to secure any kind of relevance after the election, pressure is on to control the minds and entertainment of the masses in more insidious forms. Yes folks, the guardians of moral health are at it again. This time, you'd best watch what you read.

Today, Amazon.com announced that it was pulling some genre's of books from its search engine. Even though these books may be best sellers and have good size customer… Continue

End Week

Posted on December 25, 2008 at 9:30am 0 Comments

Just a short one today, as we here at Rancho Taylor kick off End Week. I know, I know, many people call it Christmas or some other name. In my home, being as we are such a unique combination of people, I call it End Week. A celebration of another year closing and the promise of a new adventure in the year to come.

And this last year marks a huge milestone for my family. After 14 very long, very painful years of being care givers to elderly parents, we are now retired from that job.… Continue

Greetings all you heathens

Posted on December 19, 2008 at 11:42am 2 Comments

I figured this would probably be the best way to say hello and introduce myself a bit better. After many a bashful months, were I mulled over the idea of joining this site, I finally took the plunge. I had followed the discussions about AN on PZ Myers site and simply waited to hear any other news. Now, curiosity has the better of me and since I really can't stand MySpace and FaceBook, I came here.

K. E. Taylor is the name and I'm a former member of the US Coast Guard, current… Continue
