About Me: I am an open and honest free thinking Atheist. Years of unsatisfactory answers from believers, clergy, family, and friends lead me to give up on trying to reconcile what I felt was true (there is no God) and what everyone around me accepts as true. I am much happier now for it.

I enjoy drawing, 3D modeling, programming, playing games, tinkering with things to fix or improve them, etc...

In the summer I try to get out to the coast to surf. I also ride motorcycles out in the woods.

I follow politics as closely as I can stand without punching my radio. (NPR is about as good as it gets, but anything can be improved.)

I am married and my wife is not an Atheist... yet. I'm currently working on finishing my AS. After that I want to study informatics at a university.

DIRECTV and Christian Media...

I am getting ready to move and I was looking for options beyond Comcast Cable for my Wife and I in our new place. We were recently on the coast with some friends and the house we rented for the weekend had DIRECTV. I made a note that compression artifacts were not as apparent compared to Digital Cable and that it changed channels much more smoothly than does Comcast's offering. Awkward moment...

My wife and I come home today after class and find a package on the porch. Having not yet ordered my books for next quarter I was puzzled as it was addressed to me with a "care of" my Father. I inspected the box and saw "Christian Bookstores" plastered all over the sides. "Uh oh." I muttered.

Contained within along with an apologetic note for missing our wedding... a gift from my Uncle and Aunt on the east coast.
