Well, actually, Dallas has been growing in leaps and bounds for the past 5 - 7 years. Road construction everywhere, efforts to revitalize downtown and make it more residential and less business, luxury apts going up everywhere, old buildings being torn down, gentrification everywhere. At least in my area, Oak Lawn and Downtown.
We have a brand new animal shelter, they added 200 cops this year, and about 20 or so employees to code enforcement. Things are going pretty good here. I like living in Dallas.
