Is there an afterlife?

Questions come up from time to time, asking if there is an afterlife. “I would love to believe that when I die I will live again, that some thinking, feeling, remembering part of me will continue. But as much as I want to believe that, and despite the ancient and worldwide cultural traditions that assert an afterlife, I know of nothing to suggest that it is more than wishful thinking.” ― Carl Sagan, …See More

Two thousand year fight against democracy and modernism

Posted on November 6, 2012 at 8:20am 0 Comments

Mmm Oh and to create another religion out of the old one fragment it as much…

Hi folks;

I am a returning member from Scotland I have been active on a UK TV channel 4thought (Faith Religion Morals and Ethics) for some time but have come to realize that there really is a world wide struggle against primitive ignorant slavish theocracy and dogma but in truth I also missed you guys,

I wrote this in response to a post that quoted from their little blood soaked book of horror aka the bible and it got me thinking just how backward the UK really has been. It has…

Welcome, Jimmy! Glad you could join us. :D

Please consider joining a group to meet people and talk about anything that's on your mind, Hang With Friends.

I also recommend Eco-Logical and Climate Concerns, since the climate is changing so drastically.

After you've searched for topics of interest in "Groups" above and in the "Forums", don't forget to look at recent activity which hides along the right margin of the page all the way at the bottom.
