Who dropped the ball?

It's strange, in this day and age, to be in the minority with others who aren’t superstitious. I was a good little Christian boy, (like Carlin said) until I reached the age of reason. But with help, I figured it out.

When did they not get the message? We all got the one about Santa Clause. So which one of you forgot to pass on the one about gods?
