I mostly ride alone also. I am a member of a riding group called the Jersey Boyz. It's mostly public safety workers but not all. Jersey Boyz are part riding club and part social club since most ride but we have a few members that don't. There's a handful of other guys I ride with on and off but most times I ride alone. I ride year round here in Jersey when most riders put their bikes up for the Winter. I ride more than I drive in the warm months. I'm a retired Firefighter so I have all of the time in the world to ride. I'm also a former Marine, 1973 to 1976. So we have a few things in common, bikes, military service and public safety careers.

Alaska sounds like a great ride. I know a guy who rode there twice. I'm in New Jersey. My goal is to ride cross country. There's a good chance I may do it next Spring. So since you were thinking about a Black Atheist rider group what do you think about starting something?
