About Me
I am relieved that there is always something new to learn. I love the sounds of the city. I miss small odd bookstores. I love scifi, especially Star Trek and Gene Roddenberry its creator.

Roddenberry may have provided a rallying cry for atheists: "I condemn false prophets, I condemn the effort to take away the power of rational decision, to drain people of their free will -- and a hell of a lot of money in the bargain. Religions vary in their degree of idiocy, but I reject them all. For most people, religion is nothing more than a substitute for a malfunctioning brain."

Wow haven't visited in ages. Here's another quote I like: "Our responsibility is to do what we can, learn what we can, improve the solutions, and pass them on." -Richard Feynman
Cheers!

If you go to my home page my first paragraph about me credits Star Trek, and Roddenberry as well.

Wow, great Roddenberry quote. I'm going to steal that and put it on my homepage with my other quotes. That is too good. Welcome to Atheist Nexus, btw.
