Errrrrr, not sure I see your last comment. Air travel is quite safe. Your odds of surviving a flight from coast to coast are better than your odds of surviving a drive from coast to coast, statistically speaking. Of course that doesn't take driving ability into account.
Either way, though, yeah. Kuwait is the perfect place for a 'combat' deployment. I think the odds of the Mideast revolts spreading to Kuwait are damned near non-existent. For a middle-eastern nation, it has a relatively high level of social equality.
Heh, wow. Those bastards will try any emotional con, won't they? If finding God will get him home safe, then why are there so many crosses on the grave stones of soldiers killed in this war?
