Hi there! I didn't know Atheist Nexus had a blog option. Well, I guess I will just take a minute to share about some of our successes here in outreach for Center for Inquiry.
I recently discovered Reddit, something that I had never even really heard of before. It is a fun way for people to share all kinds of interesting and funny things on the internet. I made a profile to post some CFI links to make sure that I am doing my outreach job and spreading the word about different…

sk8eycat said… I just got my very first (!!!) digital camera a couple of months ago, so when I finally do get my little Pumpkin back, I intend to bore everyone to death with photos. I've never met the other kitty, but she was abandoned at a cattery when her human had a severe stroke, and his family refused to continue paying her boarding fees....even at a reduced rate. Pumpkin is at the same cattery, so....<shrugs> I'll take two; they're small. (Relatively. They're both 11 years old.)
Two cats are always better than one. In all my life I've only had one kitty who really wanted to be an "only cat."
sk8eycat said… I am SO sorry I didn't answer your Friend request sooner. I have no excuse for such rudeness...I just haven't been paying much attention to my e-mail or the Nexus for a while. Been trying to get the house ready for two rescue kitties that I'm adopting. I hope! They are 450 miles away from here at the moment, and there have been delays getting them back down here where they belong. That's no excuse, just an explanation.
Some day I may write about the entire saga.
So please accept my apology, and a belated "Welcome Aboard!"

ContinueNathan Young That's true Jonathan Brown. At one time I was a member of the MRA board when it was more open towards hearing an orthodox Mormon views on things. Since that time the MRA is now under the stewardship of a new 'religion' the 'Society for Humanistic Mormonism' which is merely another apostate religion. It will fail just like all other apostate forms of Mormonism have failed including might I add the Mormon "Transhumanist" Association and their kind, and all the front…

Hello fellow atheists! I have joined this site in an attempt to find other rational individuals, such as myself, and to promote a current charity drive that I am trying to get going for the Oklahoma tornado victims. I have managed to get many groups from around my area, including the Beyond Belief Foundation to back me on this endeavor.
I am located in Newnan, Ga and have my own atheist group entitled "Coweta County Atheists". I am currently being backed by Spaulding Co.…
