- I'm a full-time student that works part-time. My career path is most likely going to be in the health professions (pharmacy, physical therapy, optometry, psychology, psychiatry, ect) and I currently work as a pharmacy technician.
I'm affectionate, articulate, cheerful, cautious, clumsy, curious, goofy, introverted, knowledgeable, organized, patient, persevering, quiet, and self-aware.
I'm interested in the sciences in general. I'm specifically interested in neuroscience and how it relates to certain areas of psychology like cognition, emotions, perception, memories, sexuality, ect. I'm fascinated by how chemicals work in the body, specifically those that target the central nervous system. My interest in politics waxes and wanes; I'm currently a political junkie due to the recent election. I also feel somewhat attached to certain music cultures as well as the bodymod culture.
I used to web and graphic design and it's a hobby I miss. I write a lot. It's nothing artistic, just journaling. I can write essays and proofread other's essays like nobody's business, haha.
Music: goth rock (1979-1989), industrial, industrial dance, industrial metal, hard rock, alt metal, trip-hop, synthpop, celtic, medieval, darkwave, new wave and some artists scattered among other genres
TV: The Daily Show, Family Guy, Firefly, Dead Like Me, Roseanne, Scrubs, That 70s Show
Movies: A Home At the End of the World, Brick, Dogma, Labyrinth, Repo! the Genetic Opera, Serenity
I am looking to pick up my social life a bit, so send me a message if you live in the Philly area and are interested in hanging out. Ladies and gentleman, I'm also single. ;-)
