"Thank you for those that have welcomed me. It's good to know that there are people out there that have views similar to mine. It's been a while since I've declared myself an atheist, but it was only just today that I've made it…"
"I recently found this site while browsing through the groups. I live in the hilltown of Chester in the foothills of the Berkshires. I would like to attend solstice picnics or Atheist meetings in W. Mass. I'm also interested in correspondence…"
Greetings, Diana of Themyscira! I notice you haven't been active at Atheist Nexus lately. <sigh> Sometimes it can seem a bit fragmented, with different groups for every interest. Please consider a group for socializing, where we talk about whatever's on our minds, Hang With Friends. :D You might feel more at home.
Exodia is the ultimate character in the Yu-Gi-Oh card game; even more powerful than the three legendary god cards... In the game, almost every "monster" card has attacks, and defence numbers/points... Plus they have different abilities/ways of attacking the opponents characters/cards that they have out on the field.
In the game you can have up to 7 cards in your hand, and when it is your turn you take one card from your randomly shuffled deck, and then decide which card(in your hands) to put on the field to do battle. Every card that is destroyed get sent to the card "graveyard"
There are magic, and trap cards in your deck as well. Cards that you can give you back health points, some to bring back cards that you lost to the "graveyard", some to control the opponents card during your turn, some to steal cards from the opponents hand or graveyard. Some to even force your opponent to sent every card they have in their hand with attack points higher than 1000 to the graveyard. So the game can be VERY complicated.
But in the case of "Exodia The Forbidden One", he/it is so powerful in the game that he/it had to be bound in chains, and then broken into five pieces/cards. The left and right arms, and left and right legs, and his torso. The Exodia cards themselves are ultra rare to find. Near impossible to own all five parts. When playing the game, if you can assemble all five cards of Exodia in your hand at the same time; then you automatically win the game.
