My school has a loose Lutheran affiliation, and though it says that it accepts people of all faiths and people with "no religious affiliation," I still feel more comfortable using a pseudonym, and I'll probably continue to do so until I get tenure. Best wishes, Randy R.

- I hesitate to give you advice that you didn't ask for, but I've had a couple of phone interviews, and I've gotten pretty good at them. It may seem obvious, but the trick is to answer the question fully without rambling. Sometimes I ask the interviewer (politely, of course), "does that answer your question?"

- Hang in there on the job front--graduate school in evolutionary psychology is a great career choice. Sadly, I try to steer my students away from grad. school in the Humanities.
