A little help fellow atheists?

My school (I am a teacher) is in the running for a $25000 multimedia makeover.  This means new monitors and projectors for our lab and classrooms.  Right now we have a 6 year old projector and all 6+ year old school monitors.  I would appreciate your help by voting for my school.  Just follow the link http://is.gd/vvs25k.  You can vote once a day until the 31st.  Google Chrome and mobile browsers don't seem to work. Thanks so…See More

A CHRISTMAS SERMON. 1891

The good part of Christmas is not always Christian -- it is generally Pagan; that is to say, human, natural.

Christianity did not come with tidings of great joy, but with a message of eternal grief. It came with the threat of everlasting torture on its lips. It meant war on earth and perdition hereafter.

I want to leave my religion forever and be without any religion.
All religions are the stories and legends created by people to achieve their personal interests and control the minds of human .
I do not believe that "god is exist.
I do not want any one or religion control on me.
I want to be free in my life.
I am looking for freedom and paces in this universe
my dear friend? I'm suffering a lot in my community.
You know if any one wanted to change his religion or be without any religion, they will kill him.
So I hope to help me.

Hi
Welcome to Atheist Nexus with its thousands of good friends.

Join groups when you can, like the busy science-based discussion group “ORIGINS” (Origins: Universe, Life, Humans, Evolution, Religion..... ) with its 120 discussions and numerous video films.

One discussion (over 65 posts) is called "Proud to be Atheist". There's much to be proud about because atheists and humanists hold the intellectual high ground, way above the superstitious god believers with their pathetic fictions which hold them in mental slavery to imaginary beings.
This is not being fanatical. It is being realistic in having something to be proud about, and not bashful about.
