- About Me
- What brings me here? Well, I am an atheist (obviously) and I was hoping me like-minded people that I can have logical/rational conversations with. All of my friends, at least most of them, are Christians and it can be a bit intimidating when I'm the only person who opposes their beliefs. I'm a very nice guy, but I can be a bit cynical at times. I also don't talk much, I'm more of a thinker, but when I do speak, I almost always have something worth saying. I was raised in a predominantly Christian home growing up, but I slowly became an atheist towards the end of high school. Upon entering college, I immediately became an atheist; thank you Sociology...that and reading of the babble (Bible). I listen to everyone's perspective on things because I feel everyone has something good to say; of course, when I read the posts on "Fundies Say the Darndest Things!", I die a little inside. All-in-all, I hope to have some very intelligent conversations with people and maybe even meetup.
