Barbara Livingston commented on Wanda T's blog post Except Jesus?
"Wanda, I chuckled as I read your comments about "excepting". The laughter was the result of knowing exactly the freedom of which you speak. I've often said giving up religion "freed up a great deal of my time and money".…"

I really  could relate to you when reading  your reply  to Amanda Ashcrafts thread on Atheism......I am 66 and recently became  attracted  to Atheism...finding quite  a lot of diversity.....However we all do  agree that their is no god and that religion is mostly  based  on  fables and myths....Ever since I inquired about joining  the American Humanist Association, and read the book they sent  "Non Believer Nation" by David Niose, I knew that Atheism fit perfectly into  how I believed...It answered  most of my questions, and gave me peace of mind....It wasn't long before I discovered A/N and made lots of friends  with like  minded  people.....I look forward to your threads  and blogs, so we can share our views...
