Greetings, éminence grise! I notice you haven't been active at Atheist Nexus lately. <sigh> Sometimes it can seem a bit fragmented, with different groups for every interest. Please consider a group for socializing, where we talk about whatever's on our minds, Hang With Friends. :D You might feel more at home.

I went to a school that insisted on us attending daily prayers. I caught up on a lot of homework in those otherwise wasted minutes. The school charter called for us to be brought up "in godliness and good learning." Apparently the pass mark was 50% because I wasn't expelled for only managing one out of two of those things.

I sometimes go to church to appease my mother, too. She's pretty unhealthily attached to her religion. But she knows I'm not a believer and she continues trying to drag me in there anyway.

well I wouldn't even say Miyazaki is anime. He is an animator, but his films aren't of the same style as most mainstream anime. He would fall under foreign film/ animation. You know what i like if you read the discussions on the group lol. I never shut up about it hehe :P Hope to see you around the A/N!

You know, Daniel florian is the same way... And i still am afraid of coming out to my parents. But at any rate, it's cool to keep finding people who are anime buffs :)
