have been thinking of you, knowing how the upcoming election is near. Hopefully all is well w/ you and you still have your freedoms! the western press is reporting that iran is behaving more like a democracy than ever because (it seems) that m. ahmadinejad is no longer in favor w/ the clerics. is it true? what do u think? in any case, pls let me know how you are. i hope well & good -

There is quite a lot of agitation from some quarters to, uhm, bring democracy to Iran by restoring the Shah's son to the throne.

Yes, I know that doesn't make sense. Remember, our President thinks Iran and Syria should be more democratic, like our good allies, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
