What I'm doing in the Real World
2/9/09-
My school has a club called Students for Christ. I had heard from more than one source that it was more of a cult than a club, and the fact that they don't advertise much seems to support this. Almost no one knows where or when they meet, or what goes on there. So me and a friend decided to infiltrate the "club" (actually, I chose to go in the first place, and she decided to come along to back me up). The group of friends I hang out with were jokingly worried about us "being converted", but I've been reading my way through Christopher Hitchens' "god is not Great", having already finished The God Delusion. I shall be posting the results in a follow-up blog.

Since I'm a senior in high school, I've been getting a lot of stuff from colleges interested in me. Phone calls, mailers, email, DVDs, you get the idea.
