I think there are more Filipino atheists and agnostics, they are just not that open because it is just not tolerated there. Even I have difficulty telling my parents, though siblings and friends know, because I know them and I still have no balls on all of the hassles that I anticipate to come with it. I just can see my mom worrying about me going to hell, oh I just feel like "why bother" sometimes.
