A Caveat: I am not offended by the expression of one's beliefs in such a way. I am offended at the impact this can have on other's lives without their consent. Obviously the person has the right to have such a bumper sticker, and I wholeheartedly support that right. I am just offended for those that may be effected in a negative way by someone else's expression of their beliefs. And yes, I realize that my design could negatively effect others as well. I truly believe that it has much less of a chance of doing so though. Pissing people off is another story though.

I agree with you that is is not technically a "disease", although it can cause mental and physical harm under the right circumstances. The intent of this design was to be offensive though, as I find religious indoctrination to be very overtly offensive on a regular basis. Just today I saw a bumper sticker that read "If you die today will you go to Heaven or Hell?" That type of thing truly offends me. I hate the message that it sends to the indoctrinated. It inspires judgement and contempt for self and others. Not everyone, obviously, takes these things this way, but someone has to speak up for those that do, especially if it is against their will. Why not us?

I wouldn't call religion "a disease."  I mean, you don't exactly contract physical damage from it like warts, pustules, cataracts or kidney stones. 

I’d call it a mental disorder.  Much nicer. And religious people won't feel too insulted.  Just a little.
