Poor Representation of Phobos

Looks better from a distance. :)
If you look at a photo of Phobos, you'll see that it's faaaar from accurate.

I'd like to see that picture.  I know what you mean about religious moments, lol.  I get aggravated, because I can have "religious" moments fairly often, but so many people use them as proof of a god's existence.  Oy...  At least I can appreciate them for what they are.

This painting has grown on me.  I've seen several other amazing pics of Phobos and I'd like to do more.  I spent a while looking up Deimos pics.  It's...well, unfortunately it just looks a bit puny and lacking in awe-inspiring detail next to phobos, poor little guy. :(

One time I saw pictures of a solar eclipse taken from the surface of mars by one of the rovers that landed there. It was like, a religious moment (lol).

It was just a tiny smudge tho, I like how this is so up close. I think it has personality.. please keep drawing/painting.

Well thank goodness I've immortalized Phobos then, even if the thing's unrecognizable! ;)

Yeah well I read somewhere that Phobos is slowly getting closer to Mars and will eventually crash into the planet. So, Deimos will get revenge someday..

Deimos and I aren't talking to each other at the moment...touchy subject.  :/
