Those look great!
Im still learning my climate and Ive been gardning here 15 years.
I read potatoes are the most productive per acre of soil. But I dont know in your soil and climate.

My whole garden is about finished and going to seed, going to rotate plant some other things in the future after researching the does and fonts of that stuff, all in all the corn and red bell peppers take the longest and are marginal result wise?

I have some winter squash growing too but those are just beginning to bloom. a few tomatoes so far. That is just beginning here.

Ha, they are kind of easy to grow so they could be dumber,

we grill or pan fry them and eat them with alfredo pasta or fish, seems to go good together
