Don't you think that GW acted dumb on purpose? He got everybody's attention with it. His rote repetition got people believing his lies.

Because of dumbing down, our COUNTRY is ending up like this guy (damnit). Let's all keep crossing our fingers, whatever, that President Obama can begin creating the changes in the education system that's NOT educating our citizens.
