This is where I spend my spring, summer, and autumn days. Neighbor kids come over every afternoon and right now, August 21, the blueberries call out for picking. They pick all that are ripe, share with each other, even the 2 year old, and the teenager and me. We have a delightful feast. Raspberries finished a couple of weeks ago and strawberries are getting their second wind.
