But she happens to be 84, and photographer Joshua Trujillo happened to be on hand to take a haunting photograph of her reddened eyes and shellshocked expression that subtly and strongly portrays Rainey as a modern martyr."

It inspires me to see the young marching, picketing, expressing grievances, and taking stands for justice. Memories flood me of 1960s struggles. Some of us older champions for peace and justice can only cheer them on, even as this beautiful 84 years old woman stands with Occupiers.
