Jim Scotti, didn't you know that when you get to heaven, your tweeter falls off? You won't need it in a sexless heaven.

But this is a Christian cartoon attempting to lampoon the atheist attitude after the Rapture.

As a scientist, if the rapture were to occur, I'd have to be intellectually honest enough to admit that it would be evidence for Christian claims. But until then, I'm going to continue to accept that they've failed to provide adequate evidence for the claims they make.

Tao Arete: you make a good point, but honestly if the christian god existed and this is the best he could do, would you really want to spend eternity prostrating yourself to that f**ker?
Also, if that desert god exists and makes the rapture happen, then maybe Zeus exists too, so we can just worship him and then they can fight it out or something! HA!

Sorry, but I really feel the need to point out how stupid this is. If the rapture did occur, that would indicate that Christianity was correct after all. I don't think we would have much to celebrate if that were actually the case.

If it did 'finally happen' there would all that hell on earth stuff that just does not sound very pleasant. 'Peace on earth?" It would be the freaking apocalypse! Sheesh.

lol yeah, they are called 7th Day Adventist, my uncle is one. They also believe that the sabbath is on Saturday, the last day of the week, Sunday being the first day. And that the Catholic Church (the papacy) changed the sabbath to Sunday and by accepting the sabbath on Sunday you are accepting the mark of the beast. =P
