It seems nobody agrees on just what free will is. But no matter how you perceive it, free will must involve volitional choice at some point. To me, free will is self-determinism and arises naturally from "reciprocal causation" (a.k.a. feedback loop). Read "Why Hard Determinism Fails" for a full explanation.
