One of my readers asked me why her Christian friends continued to say “God bless” even though her friends knew that she hates it when they say that to her.  The answer is quite simple:  Being a pain in the ass, misguided, delusional, unreasonable, proselytizing, pestering, cockmonkey is standard protocol for Evangelical Christoholics when they encounter Atheists.
