Share 'looking for poll data, would appreciate help'

I'm looking for a poll I know I read about a few months (up to a year) ago about why people are leaving the church. It cited, among other topics, the treatments of gays and the treatment of women as reasons people are leaving religion.   If you find it, I will possibly love you forever.    Thanks!
