Hi Steph, I've been living and working in Duluth, MN for the last 5 months so haven't had contact with many people. Weather sucks and I really miss Arizona.

How is everyone?

It's been sunny here today - getting very cold at night.

Yesterday was so windy. Some people got some roof damage because of the high winds.

Thank you very much Steph!

Although I do enjoy socialising, I have throughout my life found that nothing beats time on my own to think, reflect and relax.  I always thought that made me a bit weird, and part of the reason I went through depression was due to guilt for wanting to be alone.  I read a useful quote that said something along the lines of "Life is all about balance - between working and playing; between spending time with others and spending time alone".  It's good to be an introvert - to have enough confidence in yourself to be completely happy with nothing but your own company.

Monologue over! :)
