The neurotics responded by reducing blood pressure and heart rate which probably has a calming affect, while the opposite happened to extroverts. The video talks about this at about minute 35: http://video.pbs.org/video/2364996213

They never mentioned Introverts, but it sounds like they were saying that introverts are neurotics. Comments?
