Thanks for the links Joan, Spud and Patricia. Appreciate them.

Patricia, I just tried the same search and came up with entirely different options. My goodness! Now I can really have some fun! This chart may have been on the other lists but I didn't notice it.

Aves Taxonomy Chart

Thanks.

I was not impressed either Joan....but some people will watch anything! Then again my boys watched this stuff when they were kids, which explains the mentality level, & my education in ''action'' movies.

I use BING for most of my searching.

Spud, thanks for  https://duckduckgo.com/. I just tried it with "birds, taxonomy, charts" and a whole different list of resources appeared. I shall add it to my search engine sources.

Patricia, thanks for the details on Claude. I knew nothing of him and so I now understand his motivation. Looks silly to me.

Claude Van Damme's claim to fame is the splits. He does them in all his inane movies.

A couple of people say they like https://duckduckgo.com/

I've got it on my bookmarks bar, but have only used it twice, so I can't say how good it is.

Spud, thanks for the comment. It wasn't until this morning that I realize the chart couldn't be enlarged enough to read and I didn't include the address. I had a devil of a time finding it again. Is it not strange how something is interesting, and trying to find it later yields other things, but not the specific thing. Google is good, are there other search engines that are better?

Joan, thanks for the link to bird charts.

Steph, great photos. "Bird watching; your'e doing it wrong" is a metaphor of life. Well, so is "Got ya nose!"
