Priscilla, don't overreact. You probably said something that offended somebody and they felt justified in showling you the way to God. Now, if it were a dead fish with a knife stiffing through it you might have something to worry about.
Why a cucumber? I'd say it's definitely a male phallic symbol. Maybe the person who threw it needed to have more sex. Wouldn't doubt it.

Probably a cucumber because in order to do some lazy-proselytizing like that they've got to be trolls anyway; so, they combined it with their natural troll instinct to do something weird and with their desire to clean out their refrigerator--and viola.
Time to up the ante: leave fruit baskets with wild bananas in them on the doorsteps of creationists.
