Hello,

 I live in SD but am looking very hard at moving my family to Laramie or Cheyenne.  I am a geography teacher.  I would love to hear from you about what life is like for atheists in Wyoming.

Hey Wyoming Atheists! My name is Dren and I work for the outreach department at Center for Inquiry. We don't have many contacts in Wyoming so I thought I would look for some groups of atheists and skeptics in your area and see how you are doing and if I can help at all. I do outreach for student groups, but I am generally pretty good at getting things accomplished for non-students, too ;)

A few weeks ago American Atheists was working their way through the United States in order as a way to get fellow atheists communicating and networking with folks in their respective areas. Sparked by the response, I created a facebook group for secular, freethinking atheists and agnostics living in the big rectangle called Wyoming. The privacy for the group is currently set to "closed", so that no one outside the group would be able to see posts to the group, although the members of the group would be visible. I invite others in Wyoming to join in, say howdy, and tie your dinosaur to the hitching post.
