Although a few people where I taught knew I was an atheist, I would never have put it out as common knowledge. I would have been fired for absolute certain. But now I am retired, so I WILL be putting that out there as a part of who I am. Don't mean to be divisive or antagonistic. It's just part of me.

I have always heard there are fewer women atheists than men, but I don't know if anybody ever actually took a survey. Maybe everybody just thinks that.
