It's no secret that I like wine. Plain and simple wine is a taste bud delight. I'm going to have to do a bit of investigative winery to find my favourite wine, but if I recall that amazing wobbly evening ( possibly 2007), it was a zweigelt from a local BC winery by the name of Summerville Estates.

Next to that was a local Cab Franc, but again I'll have to look into the details.

What is your favourite wine and how would you describe it?

Wow, I lived in NoVa for a lot of years and visited some of the wineries. I didn't like much there and found that many were overpriced. However, on your recommendation, I need to revisit that area because it's been quite a while.

I find wine to be the best tasting vinegar I have ever had...especially when it is cold and sweet...I tried a new organic wine called "Naked Grape" and found I like Moscata the best.
