I don't think I'll be able to meetup in person with you but I'm glad to talk to other windsor atheists. Sometimes I feel that Atheism doesn't exist here.

I've been to the Windsor Humanists. I'm personally looking for something a bit less formal, more casual, and more oriented around atheism, free-thought and challenging religious taboos, than around traditional Humanist values. I personally consider myself a '95% Humanist'. It's that other 5% that leaves me dissatisfied. (Nothing against full-on Humanists, though.)

The meetings I'm thinking of would welcome anyone and would be more social, but you don't have to buy into any manifesto or anything like that. Just come as you are, meet like minded people, have interesting conversations, etc. Plus, I'm thinking more like once a week or every other week. I need more face time with people than a monthly meeting provides.

There is a group of us in Windsor, the Windsor Humanist Society, who meet monthly. The website for the Windsor Humanist Society is http://whs.humanists.ca/
