Any activity in this group? I'm moving back to NY in a couple weeks, after 8 years in the bible belt. I can't wait!

Everybody here know about the Atheist Meetup we have every couple weeks? One in the Northtowns and one in the Southtowns around Buffalo. We usually have between 6 and 15 people and we drink coffee and talk.

There is also a Drinking Skeptically around as well. The next one is this Friday at Blue Monk 727 Elmwood Ave Buffalo. Should be nice. Talk and booze! And good times.

Big apologies to everyone that joined and we haven't had much of any chat.
It is a lonely group, I think, simply because there are not so many non-believers in this area.
I have been mostly 'residing' on Facebook and didn't remember to stop by here and see what is happening. I have had a lot on my plate since I started this group.
I am hoping we can start talking and hopefully meet some time.
I live in Jamestown, and I see a few people from Buffalo.
Ok, stupid question, who can recommend any Polish deli there?
I miss the original Polish pickles and more.
We used to live in Chicago and I could buy anything I wanted. Not here any more.

Hello everyone i didnt know such a group existed. it warms the heart to find there are at least a few folks about that arent afraid to express their beliefs.

That's what I figured. There's only two atheists in B'flo. Always suspected but the proof's here now.
