Support

Just a topic for everyone who wants to take part in user support. I've been discussing with Brother Richard and he agrees that using Get Satisfaction is a good idea to have better organisation.

I've already explained why I think it's a good place to use so if anyone wants to join me in user support there, be welcome.

You should now be seeing the support widget on the left of the main page. It shows the 5 recently active topics. Soon we'll be able to search the topics from there as well.

I'm now trying to get a "Get Help" link on the user's quicklinks box.

OK. I am venting. My mother died two weeks ago. She was a “god fearing christian.” Before her death she refused all medical treatment. She wanted to be left alone. This probably should not have shocked me as much as it did (especially since I am in Texas). I actually thought my coworkers were playing a joke on me because they know I am an atheist. Sadly, this was no joke. This actually happened.
