You should now be seeing the support widget on the left of the main page. It shows the 5 recently active topics. Soon we'll be able to search the topics from there as well.

I'm now trying to get a "Get Help" link on the user's quicklinks box.

I'll definitely check that out and help when I can. I use that site for my real world job as well. It's a great idea.
