"help us promote Atheist Nexus" seems pretty vague.

What would this involve?

Hola :) I'm from Colombia and this is a catholic stronghold...I'm still largely "in the closet" so to speak, but I do my best to promote rational thought if that's what you're asking for.

I thought maybe the post of representative involved more of a "welcoming committee" type of task; you know, being a mediator and mentor to foreign newbies who might not understand the language as a native english speaker or how the nexus site works...make them feel at home and get them to stay.

In any case, if you need a Latinamerican representative, I'm in. :) There are only a handful of us latinos in this site (I'm the only colombian one), having one for each country seems a bit too much to me...

I would be absolutely willing to represent South Africa.

I assume my duties would be to create a general awareness of the website and community in my country? I would love to help out!
