Does anyone have any Thai recipes?

My husband and I went to a Thai restaurant this weekend and it was awesome! I'd love to be able to do some of these dishes at home. Does anyone know how to prepare tofu like they do, cubed and fried up I guess? They always seem much more flavorful, like they were marinated or something.

I also recommend baking the tofu after marinating, as opposed to frying, stir or otherwise.
Your post was so long ago that maybe you're no longer interested, but perhaps someone else will be. This is a really good recipe for pad thai:

I substitute stir-fried tofu for the shrimp, use lime juice and honey instead of tamarind paste, and omit the bean sprouts (since they're expensive and don't seem to add much to the dish). Yum!
