I have recently upgraded my espresso machine. So, in case anyone is interested...
I have a Gaggia Classic Espresso machine that I have modified with a PID (temperature controller, controls brew and steam temp), and I have upgraded the steam wand. $500 buyer pays shipping.

Enjoyed a couple nice cups of Ethiopia Yirgacheffe this AM.

I make ice coffee w/left overs.Skim milk is good.Sweetners I will have to experiment. I have coffee w/o milk r sweetners.Plain ice coffee is good.

I had a cup of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe brewed in a Clever Coffee Dripper with a paper filter.  Chocolate and floral notes with nice body and long finish...terrific cup of coffee.

Followed up with an Americano made from a double shot of Brazil Daterra Sunflower Espresso and hot water (10oz total volume).  buttery smooth and delicious!
