The storm is brewing in the Gulf of Mexico.
Always have some fear. I sleep well during a storm.
I just drank my coffee - it was great!
Tell me about Belle. I would love to here about your dog.
Have a good day!

Nathan that sounds great!
I love nuts and chocolate. Yum.
Roasted 50 pounds of coffee last weekend...then roasted 5lbs for myself a couple nights ago...
1: Papua New Guinea, Kimel Estate Peaberry - fruits, herbs, acidity, all wrapped up in a syrupy body. Terrific drip/pourover/frenchpress, but equally terrific under the right espresso settings. City Plus Roast (light roast).
2: My wife's favorite, the House Blend of a commercial customer. 50/50 Brazil Santos, SaoFrancisco farm and Guatemala Antigua, Molina Royale. Full City Roast (medium) nuts and chocolate, with a moderate acidity, and long finish. Great breakfast blend/everyday coffee.
