I am drinking dark roast coffee.

Your store sounds cool Nathan.

I don't have a brick and mortar store only the webstore, but yes, most of the coffee I drink is coffee I have roasted.

I do buy others' coffee occasionally, so as not to become insulated in my coffee tasting, but most of what I drink is roasted by me.  Also, the flavor descriptors I use are inherent to the bean, I do not add any flavoring to my coffee.

Sounds wonderful Nathan!
Is the coffee you make from your store?

1 x Brazil Single Origin Cappuccino (CityPlus to FullCity Roast), very delicious, sweet and chocolatey, and the milk texture was very good today.

1x Clever Coffee Dripper of Guatemala Antigua.  28g to 500ml water, steeped for 3:30 (min:sec).  A sweet, crisp cup, with a long smokey finish.  City Plus Roast.

2 double shots (in a hurry)...I think it was the same blend as last time (Brazil/Guat) but the container wasn't labeled.  It tasted similar, but I did play with the dose and grind, so that always changes things.

Either way, 2 very good espresso shots this AM prior to leaving the house.

Richard I never use sugar myself. It is healthier not to use sugar in your coffee.

I hope your day is going well!

Hello everyone!
