Useless Without Coffee

Brewed a pot of Rwandan coffee this morning from the small Invozu Cooperative in the Butare region of Rwanda.  Smooth coffee with hints of fruits.  Moderately acidic, and a consistent medium finish that doesn't linger too long, calling you back for another sip.

It is a cold morning.The heat isn't working.I am making drip coffee.Belle is curled on the couch and Amber is under the comforter in office.
