Damn the coffee is good this morning.N8w that I am feeling useful I can  go to work.I have my positive Attitude warmed up and those theist wont know the difference.

I am having lots of coffee this morning and my ice coffee to be is cooling in the refrigerator.I will be working 4 hours today.Everyone should have the retail experience of working in a theist atmosphere.Peoples pay lots of money to keep their children separate and unequal.It is both funny and sad.

I'm doing well. Enjoying a nice cup of a natural Maui mokka coffee. Mildly flavored, sweet flavors, with a crisp acidity, and a smokey finish.

The last couple days, we've enjoyed vast amounts of a Dry Process Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.  An acidic, fruity coffee, with a chocolate base.  Great in milk drinks, and great black drip. Makes a great SO Espresso (very finicky though, definitely needs some finesse on the part of the barista).

I have been at the coffee since 400am.Getting ready to move into the day with an unsweetened cup of ice coffee.

A delicious cup of coffee this AM. Brazilian Cup of Excellence #4 (that means fourth best out of 30 for the country in the CoE auction).

Complex, acidity is mod/high, great body, long finish with nuts, wood, hints of chocolates, green apple, and some floral note (jasmine, or something like that). Really great!
