The last couple days, we've enjoyed vast amounts of a Dry Process Ethiopian Yirgacheffe.  An acidic, fruity coffee, with a chocolate base.  Great in milk drinks, and great black drip. Makes a great SO Espresso (very finicky though, definitely needs some finesse on the part of the barista).

I have been at the coffee since 400am.Getting ready to move into the day with an unsweetened cup of ice coffee.

A delicious cup of coffee this AM. Brazilian Cup of Excellence #4 (that means fourth best out of 30 for the country in the CoE auction).

Complex, acidity is mod/high, great body, long finish with nuts, wood, hints of chocolates, green apple, and some floral note (jasmine, or something like that). Really great!

I drank lots of coffee and dozed off at the table 1/2 doz times.Maybe after one more nap I will feel useful.My pup has had a ball since ----am.Dawn will be showing herself soon.

I have recently upgraded my espresso machine. So, in case anyone is interested...
I have a Gaggia Classic Espresso machine that I have modified with a PID (temperature controller, controls brew and steam temp), and I have upgraded the steam wand. $500 buyer pays shipping.

Enjoyed a couple nice cups of Ethiopia Yirgacheffe this AM.
